IndyCar, IMSA and Extreme E outfit Chip Ganassi Racing and Omologato watches have partnered to develop a collection of watches.
Omologato was founded by racing enthusiast Shami Kalra and sells a host of event, championship and driver-themed watches from the present and motorsport history.
Ganassi has a huge lead in the IndyCar Series with Alex Palou and has a long history of motorsport in North America and worldwide.
The collaboration will “involve a range of collaborative initiatives aimed at enhancing the fan experience and celebrating the shared passion for motorsports”, and feature watches that “incorporate iconic design elements, team colours, and the CGR logo, offering fans a unique opportunity to own a piece of motorsport history”.
The new watches will be unveiled in the near future.
As part of the joint venture, Omologato’s branding will feature on Ganassi’s race cars and team apparel, becoming an official partner of the team.
