Daniel Incandela is a co-founder and CEO of Podium Life. An authentic leader and creative, strategic thinker, Incandela has more than 20 years of digital and marketing industry leadership experience. Incandela has led creative teams across a myriad industries including the arts, sports and entertainment, sales, cloud and marketing automation, which has earned him industry awards and a designation on the Indianapolis Business Journal’s Forty Under 40 list. Incandela previously served as CMO at Conga, Reachdesk, Return Path and Terminus, and held leadership roles at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway, IndyCar, ExactTarget and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Stephanie Capouch is the co-founder and head of marketing for Podium Life. With nearly 15 years of marketing experience, she’s held roles across corporate communications, brand, content, social and customer marketing at companies including Terminus, Conga, WP Engine, ExactTarget and Salesforce.
Josef Newgarden has emerged as one of the true stars of INDYCAR, producing on the track and helping to attract new fans to the sport. Newgarden’s skills and hard work have produced series titles in both 2017 and 2019, along with 25 career victories that make him the winningest active American driver in INDYCAR competition. After earning five wins and a third consecutive championship runner-up finish behind the wheel of the No. 2 Team Penske Dallara Chevrolet in 2022, Newgarden will strive to secure his third INDYCAR title in 2023. Away from the track, Josef is an avid gamer, enjoys travel and spends much of his time focusing on his physical fitness.
Brian Simpson is a motorsports professional with over 15 years of experience ranging from the IndyCar Series and the Indianapolis Motor Speedway to the competition side of racing. Currently, he is the co-founder of DREAM Digital, a branding and content production agency started in 2018 with INDYCAR Champion, Josef Newgarden. Their agency provides production and management services for athletes, sponsors and teams across various disciplines of motorsports.
